Windows 7 installing a hard dive problem

When I go in to My Computer my OS(C:) it has a red bar and pretty much says there is no space. Windows 7 I cant move any files and am getting the following error message...
I can't move any files in the C: drive or rename them without getting the error message "Could not find this item" and "this file is no longer located in..."
