Hallo,

I noticed it in a.o. youtube, vlc and videogames. Since this happened in more than one program I think it is something general.

I have the latest Quicktime installed with no other codecs.
I tried playback in the quicktime player as well as in adobe products (premiere, after effects, etc.).
Here's a preview of what the playback looks...
Hi,
Not sure if this is quite the right sub-forum, but none of the others quite fit the bill either. Anyway, I had great success with this forum (and Elmer in particular) in diagnosing and helping to fix the problem with my desktop. I'm now going for the double whammy and hoping for similar...

Hello,
I'm having some graphical performance issues while simply navigating in windows.
Simply by dragging icons or open folders I can notice some stuttering, almost like a framerate issue. Minimizing or maximizing folders is also NOT smooth, it's almost like I don't have video card drivers...

Hi everyone.
I recently got a new Dell Inspiron 545S for Christmas, and everything is intermittently choppy. Every few seconds or minutes everything will go choppy: the mouse, any window launching, any animation, videos, sound, it will all go choppy for like 30 seconds and then go back to...
Just installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit on my comp. Love it and everything seems to work great except I started to notice a little choppyness when watching YouTube videos or any other Flash Player vids in any browser (firefox/chrome/explorer). At first I thought it was just the browser, but...

It worked initially on Pinnacle's TVCenter Pro (ver. 4.9), then tanked after that. Media Center plays somewhat, but it's at a very choppy frame rate even though my system isn't nearly maxed. On top of that, and even primarily, Media Center doesn't recognize the digital tuner nor does TVCenter...

I'm trying to figure out why i'm getting choppy audio on windows 7 and vista but not os x or linux when EIST is enabled.
I turn EIST off and im fine. the choppy audio ia on all audio devices. is it a problem with the way windows translates my motherboard's EIST?
Ok I am about at my wits end with this OS. Two biggest issues are teh audio and the networking.
For no reason whatsoever my audio just dies I lose all sound until I reboot, nothing is muted no settings have been changed it just dies. This is after unistalling cleaning then re-installing...
