copy issues

Hello, I'm having a problem where my PC crashes whenever I try to copy 1.5 TB. This happens after about an hour of copying. My PC's temperatures are fine, as it's water-cooled. Attached is the .dmp file in question. It would be really great if someone could help me. Best regards, Philipp
