i've been having some unusual computer behavior. when checking the disk, i got the following message:

Every time I connect my ipod to my laptop it asks me to encrypt with Bitlocker to go. If I don't encrypt itunes says it's corrupt, and if I do I can't manage my music on it. Is there anyway around this?
