downloading

Hi, I am new here and not sure if I can post this question in this forum. I am using FTP to connect to my webserver and it works OK, I want to download files but when I connect I cannot see any of the files there.

I have on PC that is slow downloading pictures or files on right click. Works perfect in Fire Fox or IE just not in chrome
