email settings

I came into work today with 724 new emails. Everything from my inbox and trash was duplicated again. Is there a way to prevent this? I use Windows 7 with Windows Live Mail 2011.

I use Windows 7 - Windows Live Mail. When I send an email with CC recipients included....my recipients cannot see the CC emails that I want them to see.
