For some odd reason, when I boot up my computer, all programs will be slow (for example, video games might have low framerate or typing into the internet bar is delayed) until I restart the computer. Then it's fine until the next day.

I've been ignoring this problem for several months, but now I'm just about fed up. Basically, every 30 seconds some sort of FPS lag spike will happen, and it'll last for about 2-3 seconds. It doesn't just happen when I do a certain thing, it'll happen no matter what I'm doing while the computer...
I have a laptop with a single core processor and 4 gigabytes of system Ram. It has no video card, but a video chip on the motherboard instead. This video chip has 336 MB of dedicated ram And uses up to 1.2 gigabytes of additional shared system ram for video memory.

Does anyone know how to get farcry 2 to run in DirectX 10 without microstuttering?
I have high framerates but it stutters every second or so. Lowering the gfx options makes no difference and I'm at a loss. I'm running the latest drivers for everything. Done a few searches and all I've found is...
Obsidian have announced that the massive Fallout: New Vegas patch they’ve been working on since launch is almost here. There have been a few incremental updates to the game in the last couple of months, but this larger update should squash the remaining bugs and finally bring the game up to par...
Hello,
I'm having some graphical performance issues while simply navigating in windows.
Simply by dragging icons or open folders I can notice some stuttering, almost like a framerate issue. Minimizing or maximizing folders is also NOT smooth, it's almost like I don't have video card drivers...

Hello people, I just put windows 7 on my Toshiba M305D-S4380 and I have loved it up until this point.
Any game that I try to run, runs way slower than I've previously been able to run them.
For instance, Garrysmod before was around 50 - 60 fps
Now, its around 20.
Ive tried to deal with this...

Hello there.
I just started experiencing a problem when playing Warcraft 3. After I updated my Geforce GTX295 driver to a Windows 7 driver (from the original driver found by Windows itself) .. I looks like I have a too low frame rate when playing the game. It doesn't run smoothly.
I tried to...
I recently installed Cryostsasis on my computer and I am having problems. I am using Windows 7 Home Premium. 7057, I have updated to the latest drivers, and installed the Physx patch.
