I rebuilt the cache many times, and tried every voodoo command I found, but I have never been able to get all my icons to show properly on Windows 11 since I installed it in June. The icons with the issue are RANDOM and CHANGING.

16 random icons appeared and i cannot seem to be able to delete them. Right clicking them brings up 3 options: cut, make shortcut, and delete. Anyone have any idea what they may be? I already did a scan with defender and malwarebytes and nothing unusual came back in the rerport.
