I have an Asus x55 laptop with Windows 8.1. It says that it's connecting to the internet, but whenever I tried to load a webpage, it'll say that the webpage is not available. I tried on both Chrome, firefox, and IE, but the problem persists.

I have been playing with windows server 2008 for about 2 months now, or less,

I am finding that the User Accounts page (Make changes to your user account) often loads just after start-up. I can just close it but why should this be happening and can I stop it? Would welcome any advice on this. I am running Home Premium version of Win7. Thanks.
