I have this past weekend lost 3/4 of the songs I had stored on my WMY. Can anyone help.

I am to my having problems when syncing Playlists in Window Media Player to my Samsung phone. The Playlist name shows u on my phone, the tracks transfer onto the phone but the playlists show as being empty. Thanks for any help in advance
