Whenever I hover over an open application to open one of it's windows that minimized, the preview flickers and I can't reopen it. I can get to those windows by choosing Cascade Windows or one of those other options but I can't open them when I click on the application. Any ideas?

When I open an application from an Icon on the desktop, it invariably opens minimized. Where are the controls to choose to open in full screen. I did not have this problem with Windows 7 Beta. Any help or enlightenment will be appreciated. I'm using a clean install of Windows 7 6100 . Jef

Why are jump list thumbnails not updated when the program or window is minimized and is their a way to have it do so? -Jason
