It's a simple problem, but it makes it nearly impossible to take notes in class on my laptop.
Every time I open my laptop and it wakes from sleep mode, there are a few processes that will spend the first 3-5 minutes hogging the CPU and disk like crazy, making everything from Chrome to Word slow...
I have the standard 4gb of ram in my Win 7 pro media center 64 bit edition. Custom build. Crucial 64mb ssd updated with a 1.5 TB, and a 1 TB HDDs. My system is continuously using 93-97% ram memory according to Windows. I have tried turning off everything I can to lower the usage, stopping...
I noticed a couple of things in my background processes and was wondering if anyone knows what they are.
cnss4E28.tmp
jnsd7D40.tmp
snsh8BDB.tmp
etc.
Looked them up on google and got no hits, any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

Best...
There seems to be a startup file named "Program" that has no details, properties, or anything else. It's simply under the startup menu. I'd like to know if anybody has ever had this happen to them, and what it may be.

Often, when I open a File Explorer window, other minimized open programs with buttons on the taskbar will not come to the front when I click on the button. (I then need to minimize F.E. Alt-Esc doesn't do anything in this circumstance). This started happening suddenly, but a system restore did...
