For some reason some of Windows services like (Error Reporting service, Windows Time service, ...etc) are disabled when I open the services.msc. If I try to enable any of them (set it's startup to manual) I get an error message saying "The system cannot find the path specified". Any ideas?
Beware these free driver for posts that just popped up everywhere the link is malicious. Ive reported the posts so they should be handled soon but there are about fifteen of them in the last couple minutesd and still climbing.

SiSoft Sandra reports it as 3.2ghz... and that's what the cpu is set to in the bios. 400x8.
Windows 7 reports the CPU as running at 2.66ghz, 2664mhz. Which is right? I think what I'm asking is whether the OS is throttling the cpu back to stock settings, or merely mis-reporting the clock speed...
This morning I recieved a telephone call from someone claiming to be a MS rep saying I'd reported some virus activity on my machine. He then asked me to call up my 'temp' files and with nothing being found in there he then asked me to call my 'prefetch' files. This time the folder did indeed...

Right-click on 'Computer' and select 'Properties' or select System from the Control Panel, it reports I have 16G of Memory.
Don't I wish.
I only have 2G. Task Manager as well as the CPU usage Gadget both report that correctly. Just noticed the device manager reported it incorrectly. Other than...
