I have been playing with some of the apps, while they are still working, and noticed some things that may or may not been discussed.
OK, you can open an app and it will go full screen. So it is obviously open. You can go to the desktop, or another app and the previous app will remain open...

My friend set up a guest account on his computer for me to use.
Windows7 copied the administrator's desktop icons to the guest account desktop, where I deleted them.
Deleting those icons also deleted them on the administrator's account.
Is this the way it's supposed to work?
Is it possible to prevent the ridiculous auto "full screen" when one tries to move a window partially off screen - this feature is one of several "new to Win 7" :skull: that make me yearn to return to XP Pro... (My new laptop cannot be configured with Win XP...)

When I set my Power Button action to sleep it works for a while then changes to Shut Down by itself. I cannot change it to anything else right now. Sometimes it will change back, sometimes I can change it back.

If I make a new folder, it won't appear until I manually refresh the screen. This could be within another folder or something on the desktop. If I rename a file, it doesn't change until I manually refresh as well. What can things like that be related to? It might've been like this close to...
I can't change the SHUTDOWN to SLEEP on the start menu.
When I do nothing happens - IE it doesn't change.
The last time it was SLEEP it spontaneously changed to SHUTDOWN.
what is going on????????????????
I've always (10 years or so?) used PowerDesk in place of Windows Explorer (although I never choose the *replace* WE option when installing). Since installing it on Win 7, I've noticed some strange behaviour. After launching it from the start menu all is well, and when I have finished with it I...
