Hi Im new to these forums but I want to ask if there is a free program to change the texture of the taskbar, because as far as my knowledge goes there is no default program on windows 8 to do so. P.S. I am trying to create my own custom theme for windows 8, thanks!

I've been playing around with IE 11, Firefox and Chrome. I've noticed while using FF and having Bing set as home starting page that the theme of the day, the ice berg and flowing river, that the flowing river doesn't move like it does in IE and Chrome with same set up. Anybody else seeing this.
