When I create a file in Windows 7 and save it I get the current date and time stamp but when I edit the program at a later time and date and save again it doesn't change the date and time stamp it stays the same as the original file! I feel like a moron but how can I change this?
The use of key, custom-built IE6 applications is likely to slow some the migration to Windows 7 at some enterprises due to the time and money needed to upgrade the apps.

every time i set the time when i turn my computer back on its always wrong and usually has a time of about 2 or 3 am. i even turned off the update for the sychronization with an internet server but nothign works. does anyone know the problem? thanx :confused:
