PA 10.2.1 is reported as having 2 viruses by Webroot. VirusTotal.com reports no virus, and Malwarebytes scan reports no virus as well. Why does Webroot report a virus?

My current subscription to Webroot SecureAnywhere is going to expire in a few weeks. I've had it for a year and it's been good and quite. Quite meaning that it's been non-intrusive and not a big resource hog. So that's been great! But I'm always on the look out for what's better since the...
So I've officially dumped Kaspersky after years of being a loyal customer and moved to Webroot. I decided on Webroot because of all the good Customer reviews on forums and websites versus YouTube reviews. Which to be honest at first that YT reviews is what kept me away. But I've already noticed...

I get BSODs before Windows7 even starts to load. I can't get in through Safe Mode, I still get BSODs.
I've tried System Restore, it won't restore, probably because of the BSOD, 0x8000ffff.
I've tried everything in the Advance Recovery Method and Startup Repair.
It said something about my hard...
svchost is using too much bandwidth. I am monitoring with NetLimiter 3 Pro. For example, from 5 to 6 AM it downloaded 268 MB and uploaded 6 MB. This is a problem since my internet provider sets a 400 MB/day download limit, so in less than 2 hours the limit is used up. I am running Windows 7...

Here is the rundown of the situation:
Bought a new HP desktop computer just a few months ago, Geek Squad did their "thing" to it, including installing Webroot Antivirus. About a month ago, contracted a virus --- it was caught by my antivirus, but could not be removed. It prevented my computer...
I recently upgraded my Avast free to version 5. When I tried a full system it crashed and the shields had to be reset. I tried several installs and the problem persisted. I finally found the problem was Webroot Spy Sweeper. I also had the same problem when I tested it on a virtual PC.

I used PC Tools Registry Mechanics a few years ago and they slipped in an automatic renewal feature that nobody noticed unti they got billed. Webroot bought PC Tools a while ago and appar incorporated the same it's apparently hidden in their Terms of Use and you have to opt out manually. I just...
So I used the Vista "Easy Transfer" for a clean Win7 install and worked, but alot of the files did not make it to Win7. Files like Turbo Tax and Webroot AntiSpyware are still in Window.old. How do I bring the those programs to operate on Win 7. The transfer is form Vista 64 bit to Win7 64...
Purchased Win 7 to install on my laptop and then the motherboard went Kablooey (had been on the decline anyway), so I went out and purchased a new HP G6--535DX Notebook with Win 7 Premium 64 bit already installed.

I recently upgraded from vista home premium 64bit to windows 7 premium 64bit. If I use IE8 under the 64bit, it works fine, however the 32bit web browser keeps telling me I do not have internet connection. Windows 7 troubleshooter says unable to find the problem. I use Webroot Antivirus, have...

I tried Webroot Spy Sweeper again a few weeks ago and last week I began to notice problems. IE and Firefox would both freeze at times. And sometimes Explorer freezes. Then I noticed I couldn't send email from Thunderbird without getting a pop up from Spysweeper. So I disabled it and switched to...
