Any idea why my Microsoft Wireless mouse scrolls properly in email program and other general sites such as search results in Google but not in apps such as Adobe Bridge? I've checked settings and have not found anything relevant.

So I have note notice any issues at all before this did happen and either has I notice any issues after but so my guess is that somehow it's a driver bug but still I want your opinion regarding it.

As far as I know there is a way to connect from Win10 system directly to an Android SmartPhone through Wifi.
The Android system should be mounted (=visible) afterwards as drive in Win10 File Explorer.
