Razerlow.sys 11/7/2005 Diamond Back USB optical mouse driver. Update it, or uninstall it, or rename it. Find it using a search, Likely in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers but may be somewhere else. Right click rename to Razerlow.OLD. Reboot.

CPUz snipping tool images of all tabs including all slots populated with memory under the SPD tab.
RAMMon, export the html report
SF Diagnostic Tool, right click and choose run as administrator.
