Windows 7 Accessing Other Computer

I Have 2 User Accounts on my computer. One is Admin & other is Guest. Admin account can access other computers but Guest cannot. How to make Guest also to access other computers?

If these computers are not domain joined then you access another computer with a local account on the remote computer. Accounts on the computer you remote FROM do not have access to the remote computer. Guest should typically be disabled unless the network is secure and you trust everyone on it, but you'd need to enable the Guest account and grant it access for remote access.

Add the use to the remote desktop users group.
