RAM may be faulty. If you can burn a CD, run memtest 10 passes overnight Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool.
it had stopped and it said 1 pass was through
Ok,
1. Timing Mode --> Auto
2. Memory Clock Value or Limit --> 667 (DDR 333 Mhz x 2)
After you adjust the settings, attach the CPU-Z tabs.
The only way I could get Memory Clock Value or Limit --> 667 was to change timing mode to Manual, I just wanted to mention I did do that and I am trying to still get the cpu-z and logs once I can get windows to stay on long enough to get them ran.

just wanted to let you know I got it out, it was some corrupted operating system files so I just re installed windows again and it is working awesome. Thanks for all your time and effort.
me said:The memory timings are set right 5-5-5-15-20. However, the frequency is not. It is running at 200 Mhz while it should at 333 Mhz.
