Annoying Audio Problem in Only Windows 7

MSI 870A-G54/Phenom II X4 955/Team Elite 2x2 GB DDR3 1333MHz/Sapphire Pure 625W/Samsung HD502HJ/Logitech G500 USB Mouse/X7 G800MU PS/2 Keyboard/Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit 6.1 7600

I wrote too long, I hope someone will read it and help me.

Ok. I've tried eveything that i could think before posting here by my bad English, so i guess some more people may have the same problem (maybe the same situation but they don't see it as a problem) and help me. I can't solve it, i mean what may the problem be?

Problem is; While i am installing a new program,game,driver vs.. during wmp or any other media player is playing music, the audio is crackling, sizzling, corrupting, crashing, stuttering, (whatever the right word is anyway) for just 1 second. After that everyting is normal and fine. Only when i install something on pc.

This is annoying because i listen to music too loudly. I want to find the reason and solve this problem.

Windows is up to date and has been scanned for potential viruses, drivers are too, tried different drivers, after even a fresh windows install, i have this problem everytime. ı added large pictures for you to get my problem easily.

Normally while i don't install anything, everything is just fine;

But while i am installing something here is the problem and proof;

You want to try on your computer and help me about it? Here is whenever i do and get this annoying sound crash;

-Play your favourite music
-Go to 'Device Manager'
-Right click on 'PC Name' or anything else
-Click 'Scan For Hardware Changes'

When i do this every time, no exception, i get the sound crash on the playing music;

XP doesn't have the same problem, so i guess there is something wrong about win7 and my onboard audio.

My motherboard: Link Removed due to 404 Error
Local Seller that i bought Win7: Removed link

It sounds like you're experiencing an annoying audio issue on Windows 7 specifically when you install new programs or drivers, causing audio to crackle for a brief moment. This problem seems to be related to the interaction between the installation process and the audio playback. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue: 1. Update or Reinstall Audio Drivers: - Ensure that you have the latest audio drivers installed for your onboard audio. - Try reinstalling the audio drivers to rule out any corrupt driver installations. 2. Disable Audio Enhancements: - In the Sound settings, disable any audio enhancements that might be enabled. Sometimes these enhancements can cause issues with...

Sometimes these enhancements can cause issues with certain applications or processes. 3. Check Audio Settings: - Verify that your audio settings are configured correctly in Windows. Ensure the default audio device is set to the correct one and the settings match your hardware setup. 4. Run in Compatibility Mode: - Try running problematic applications or installations in compatibility mode for Windows XP or an earlier version. This can sometimes resolve compatibility issues with Windows 7. 5. Investigate Resource Usage: - Monitor your system resources while installing programs to see if any particular resource (CPU, RAM, etc.) spikes during installation, which might affect audio playback. 6. Check for System Interrupts: - Look for any system interrupts or conflicts that may be occurring during installation. Tools like Resource Monitor can help in identifying these. 7. Audio Troubleshooting Tools: - Use the built-in Windows Troubleshooter to see if it can identify and fix the audio issue. - You can also try third-party audio troubleshooting tools to diagnose any audio problems more in-depth. 8. Consider External Audio Solutions: - If the onboard audio continues to cause issues, you might consider using an external USB sound card or a dedicated sound card to bypass the onboard audio. 9. Update Windows 7: - Although you mentioned that Windows is up-to-date, make sure you have all the latest updates installed. Sometimes, new updates can resolve underlying system issues. 10. Community Forums: - Consider posting your issue on Windows community forums or on MSI forums where other users may have encountered and resolved similar audio problems. By following these steps, you should be able to diagnose and potentially resolve the audio crackling issue on Windows 7. Let me know if you need further assistance with any of these steps!
