Hi,

not a lot to go on with just one dmp file but anyhow the above relates to a driver or process not sending the correct signal or interrupt. Please update the following:

Bios:
BiosVersion = FE
BiosReleaseDate = 12/23/2010
You need to find out which revision your board is. I've a hunch that it's revision 2 but if you look on the actual motherboard itself you'll see. Look around the edges for the revision number. You can both revisions, 1 and 2 here:
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3449#bios

NEC USB3 Controller (known bsod issues with 2010 versions and earlier)
nusb3hub.sys Fri Nov 19 01:34:24 2010
nusb3xhc.sys Fri Nov 19 01:34:25 2010
Took a while to find but this should do: http://plugable.com/drivers/renesas

Realtek PCIE Ethernet
Rt64win7.sys Wed Jun 01 04:15:51 2011
Link Removed

You can use your motherboards webpage as a guide and use google to find the latest versions of the rest of your drivers.
Update the above and see how things go. If you have further bsod please post the new dmp files.

Solution
I have updated the drivers you suggested and will report back if I experience any more BSODs. Your help is very appreciated.
