crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\123012-11388-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x7EFC0)
Bugcheck code: 0x1E (0xFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0xFFFFF800030C7EC5, 0x0, 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF)
Error: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System

description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that a kernel-mode program generated an exception which the error handler did not catch.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

When you mention crashing on BF3 and Borderlands:
Recommend stress testing your CPU, RAM and GPU (Which is what I recommend to most people, so this time I strongly recommend
doing so) using:

GPU -
Heaven DX11 Benchmarker: Heaven DX11 Benchmark | Unigine: real-time 3D engine (game, simulation, visualization and VR)
Furmark : FurMark: VGA Stress Test, Graphics Card and GPU Stability Test, Burn-in Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net

CPU -
Prime95: Link Removed

RAM -
Memtest86+ : Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

to post a BSOD...

ntoskrnl.exe is an application that is used by many drivers, and without the information from your memory dumps I can't do much else.
