Windows 10 Bluetooth Issues After Windows Reset: Unable to Detect Headphones

Big issue with Bluetoothe, Did windows rest, cant find toggle in action center or Bluetooth and devices in settings, reinstalled intel blutoohe driver , cant gey nothing to work or show up... my keyboard and mouse are still working? But cant recognize my headphones that I was just using 2 weeks aqgo?

Incredible fix, after 2 days work...Hold power button 10 seconds, unplug cpu..wait 30 sec... Bluetooth Icon Back!!!
