Windows 7 bsod after insalling windows 7

hey everybody good day. anyone here can help with this?? after i install my windows 7 os i got bsod

i am also unable to open the DMP file
go to start
type sysdm.cpl
click advanced tab
click startup and recovery settings
untick automatic restart (if ticked
under the heading write debugginer info make sure "small memory dump" is selected, default path should be C:/windows/miniudmpreboot if you made any changes

I've downloaded all three and cannot open any of them without an error message.
