Hi ZM, welcome to Windows 7 Forums!

You have 104 updates installed - usually on Windows 7 there are ~130 - please check Windows Update for any available updates.

There is a device that has a problem:
ASMMAP64 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
Also, your minidump points to:

ASMMAP64 is a driver belonging to ASUS -
Memory mapping Driver is a driver file from company ASUS belonging to product ATK Generic Function Service.
.
The fact that the dump file points to a hardware fault probably supports the idea that the Memory Mapping Driver is the problem.

ASMMAP64 is a
n ATK Hotkey ATK0101 ACPI UTILITY Driver - you'll probably be able to find an update for that on the ASUS Downloads Page.
