Windows 7 BSOD, can somebody help me?

I was playing GTAIV, and then, the screen started to flash and the blue screen appeared.
Its the second time i've seen this screen on my computer
I have a 9500gt
intel celeron 2.60ghz
4gbs of ram
MINIDUMPView attachment 043013-15350-01.dmp
i'm really not a hardware/software expert, so i really need help...

If this just started and you have a restore point from before it did I'd try and go back to that and see if the problem stops.

Make sure that your video drivers are up to date.

Run Malwarebytes and make sure you computer is malware free.

If this only happens when gaming you may be getting the temperatures too high.

Check the vents etc. to see if you have a lot of dirt blocking airflow.

You can download and run Cupid Monitor and see if the temperatures are high when the blue screen happens.

It doesn't have to be installed just download it and run it.
