Hi,
your dmp files have also pointed to memory corruption as well as the above which is an audio driver. Either could be the cause or even something else so we'll do some troubleshooting and see where we are after:
BiosVersion = 0610
BiosReleaseDate = 06/06/2008
Your bios is extremely old and needs updating....... Please download your motherboard manual (if you don't have it) and you'll see a number of ways to update the bios.

This is the onboard sound driver and there are no further updates for it. If this also becomes an issue one solution was to try the vista driver.

http://www.cisco.com/ I notice some drivers are missing. If you use your motherboards website as a guide to which drivers you need. You can then google for the latest versions.
You could also try running a system file check just to make sure nothing is corrupted file wise. Find command prompt in the start menu, right click on it, choose properties and click run as admin. Type:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and await results.
As we've also seen memory corruption mentioned please run memtest86:
