Windows 7 BSoD everyday now randomly. Locale ID: 1033 BCCode: 1000007e

Hi, recently I started getting blue screens while simply browsing the internet. I am completely clueless on why this is happening, I have run hardware tests and everything seems normal. These bluescreens happen everyday and when I turn my pc back on and go on my account, it will blue screen once again right away however if I go onto an alternative account everything goes by normally and no blue screen and then eventually after a few minutes I switch back to my main account that would give me another blue screen when I boot up after a blue screen and it works fine. Any help is appreciated to help me out with this issue!
My basic system specs are:
OS: Windows 7 home premium 64 bit
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 E5300 2.60 ghz dual core
RAM: 4gb
Video Card: ati radeon 4350 hd 512mb

Hello and welcome to the forum.
If you would, first please uninstall completely your AVG software.
Please use the programs uninstaller if available otherwise use the Programs and Features applet in the control panel. Follow that up by running this vendor specific proprietary removal tool from here AVG | Download tools and utilities (get the correct version for your system architecture).
Please replace with MSE from here Link Removed due to 404 Error
After doing so please upload any new BSOD (dump files) by attaching them to your next post in this (your) thread.

alright, first off thanks for the help, I uninstalled AVG and got mse and I was all good until today I got another one. I just now ran the AVG remover and when I got the blue screen here is the information from the popup I got and it was different than it was when I had AVG.

ok so AVG remover didn't completely fix it because I just got another BSoD with yet again different codes.

Thanks for the follow up. Would you please,
First make sure your machine is configured properly to facilitate the collection of .dmp files.

Go to Start and type in sysdm.cpl and press Enter
Click on the Advanced tab
Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump << where your .dmp files can be found later
Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.

Do your best to accumulate the data required.
Run the SF Diagnostic tool (download and right click the executable and choose run as administrator)
Download and run CPUz. Use the Windows snipping tool to gather images from all tabs including all slots populated with memory under the SPD tab.
Likewise RAMMon. Export the html report, put everything into a desktop folder that you've created for this purpose, zip it up and attach it to your next post (right click it and choose send to, compressed (zipped) folder.

Additionally it looks like there is a BIOS update available.
According to what I can determine from your dump files you are currently running

BiosVendor = Dell Inc.
BiosVersion = [COLOR=#ff0000][U][B]A11[/B][/U][/COLOR]
BiosReleaseDate = [COLOR=#ff0000][U][B]09/07/2009[/B][/U][/COLOR]
SystemManufacturer = Dell Inc.
SystemProductName = Inspiron 545s

Check here, or better yet plug in your Service Tag Number at dell to make sure you get the specific files available for your PC ( Link Removed - Invalid URL )

Alright I did everything you said, I updated my bios to A12 and I updated my profile with the most specs I can name and I attached two .rar files the one contains all the information from CPU-Z and RAMMon and the other contains the information from the SF diagnosis tool. I hope I did everything correctly and thanks so much for all the help.

Do me a favor and rename this driver
PxHlpa64.sys 6/23/2009 to PxHlpa64.OLD (should be here "C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\pxhlpa64.sys")
Reboot and see if Blue Screens persist, if so please attach here. This may be associated with an old version of Sonic or another CD\DVD software in any case if predates Windows 7 RTM so lets see if that is the driver that is causing the issue.
