Hi Keith,
it looks like the gpu driver crashed whilst using Folding@Home ( FahCore_a4.exe ).
See how you go with the latest driver but basically programs like folding@home and Seti are a little like stress testing apps. Your machine has to be rock solid especially if your overclocking.
If the bsod keeps occurring try reducing your overclock (if your overclocked that is ) and see if it helps.
ICCWDT.sys Wed Aug 18 09:27:45 2010: Intel(R) Watchdog Timer Driver please update:
To update this driver you need to install the latest version of ASUS AI Suite 3 V1.01.30 Install Program for Windows 7 32bit & 64bit / 8.1 64bit / 10 64bit.
Look in the Utilities section and it's almost halfway down the page:

Reinstalled AI Suite 3 and lowered my TriXX settings to GPU Clock 1410, mV +60 and Memory Clock 2030. AI Suite 3's 5 way Optimization was run again. Only change it made this time, was it set my ram to 2933. That's down from the 3200 it previously left alone as XMP.
I also set External Digi+ Control's VRM Spread Spectrum to disabled, CPU Power Phase Control to extreme and CPU Power Duty Control Probe to extreme.

If you get any further crashes please post the dump file.
