Alright finally got that driver installed properly another crash happened however.Did you uninstall the driver first?
Also looking through the complete set of updates for your system I noticed there were several system updates for Windows 8/8.1 have you applied these too?

Still nothing called diskeeper coming up.The dodgy app I've seen in the Driver stack is as i mentioned above Diskeeper. Checking the Windows 8.1 compatibility list tells us that this application has several versions which are not compatible with 8.1. I know you've checked 'Add and remove programs' so try running the trial version of this application:
Alright found that diskeeper file in the program files on my C drive was going to uninstall it with the revo tools but it says it will uninstall a program called express cache is that alright?Try doing a search for Diskeeper and see what turns up. What was the result of the SeaTools scan?
So that's what it belongs to.... Express Cache is an application supplied by Lenovo and if you look under 'Software and Applications' you'll find a 2014 update:
That expresscache software doesn't appear to be a update to the stuff in the diskeeper file but they're by the same company so perhaps the newer one overrides the old one. Have to wait and see I guessSo that's what it belongs to.... Express Cache is an application supplied by Lenovo and if you look under 'Software and Applications' you'll find a 2014 update:
Link Removed
Well that kinda clears up the mystery of diskeeper so let's see if this update improves things.

Sadly the warranty is out. And lenovo pretty much doesn't let you ask for anything if your out of warranty. But do you think replacing the little ssd thing could fix the issue. They appear to be like fifty bucks online so if I just swapped them you think that could resolve the issue.Ok it took me a little while to work out what was going on but basically you have the model which has a 500GB SATA III Hitachi drive and a 24GB SSD for caching. I think this allows the HDD to act like a SSHD. As you can see from Seagate the 24GB SSD portion of the drive has an issue. To be honest I'm not sure how you would go about fixing this and it might be worth calling Lenovo and explaining what has occurred. I can't remember if I asked you but is the machine still under warranty? Let me know how you get on.
I wonder though if its that little ssd that's causing the problem or the main hard. I watched task manager for a bit to see when it worked and it doesn't seem to do anything, but when i scanned it with the lenovo diagnostic stuff on that update page it showed that it was in use in the task manager and the tests came up clean.Looks like it's easy to replace. Read the posts in this page I found via Google:
http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/expired-deals/1250648/
Try doing a search or even asking in the Lenovo forums on what would be a good replacement and if possible, how to go about it
Basically I build desktop systems and don't go anywhere near small form factors such as laptops. (not enough power) I can tell you what may be wrong but not how to fix it. You will have to do some research yourself. Did you enquire in the Lenovo forums like I suggested?
Did you actually read the thread or notice the date at all?If you find that after updating the drivers the issue still persists then find do a search for command prompt, right click on it and run as administrator. Type:
chkdsk /f /r
Press enter. You may have to reboot. This scan will check for and try to fix any bad sectors on the HDD.
follow the steps in the below document to make sure that all the hardware components on the computer are working fine.
