I'm dealing with some severe problems: BSOD.
All hardware is tested very well so I assume they're okay.
Since Windows Update is running I suppose all my drivers are up to date.
My computers properties:
OS: Windows 7
RAM: 16 GB
Processor: Intel i7
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti

It's very possible that the Citrix stuff was also causing a problem. I have seen several issues recently on systems with the Citrix stuff installed (this doesn't blame Citrix, but we have to wonder if it's also involved).

Also, frequently the errors that we see with Norton are c0000005 errors (access denied) - and they usually relate to network issues. So it's not a huge leap to wonder if there's a conflict between/with the Citrix stuff and the Norton stuff. The fact that you've had issues with other antivirus' tends to make this even more likely.

What we'll look for is other errors now that the Norton and Citrix stuff are removed. As we remove the likely problem stuff, eventually we'll either run out of stuff to remove - or we'll...

Looking to the new dump files I've attached, it is quite sure the crashes are related to my drive.

Is there an option to update or reinstall my disk driver?

I read ntfs.sys BSOD often happens when the system is infected by malware. Can this be the reason why my AntiVirus crashes so frequently.

You have found (and fixed) errors in the NTFS file system using CHKDSK
Your hard drive has passed the Seagate Seatools diagnostics
Your BSOD's seem to point at a hardware problem - and are most likely involving the storage sub-system..
That leaves (IMO) the connections between the hard drive and motherboard, the cable between the hard drive and the motherboard, and the motherboard itself as possible problems. The storage controller on the motherboard is where the drivers for your hard drive work.

This problem appears confined to your storage sub-system
Your previous problem was related to the video sub-system
The common point between these 2 is the motherboard.

Around the time that the BSOD's started - did you have a power surge or outage?

Please perform the CHKDSK operation again to see if any errors have happened again.
Please complete the hardware diagnostics - Link Removed
One of the diagnostics is a malware test, so that should tell you if something has gotten by your Norton.

No power problems over here.
A MemTest ran for 2 hours, earlier this month, no errors were detected then.
You can find the outcome of the CPU test in attached textfile.

I'm now running a additional Malware scan and the Prime95 scan
I'll edit this post with the outcome of these tests.

The CPU temps are the only one's that are dangerously high.
Please check and see -
1) what the temp gets to when using Prime95 (don't let it get above 90ºC )
2) see that your CPU cooler is properly attached to the CPU with adequate thermal paste
3) that the CPU cooler is not clogged with dust/dirt
4) that the CPU cooler fan is working
5) that there is adequate airflow to the CPU cooler

When I took this temperature test Prime95 was already running.
Do you want me to take a new temperature test when Prime95 is finished?

Yes, please. Prime95 will stress your CPU's cache and cause it's temperature to rise a bit.
Your temps should remain under 60ºC at all times (but I'm a bit flexible if it stays in the lower 60's ).

Let the system cool down for a couple of hours of normal running (or being off) before taking the new temps.

In annex the Prime95 results.
An additional online virus scan is running for 7 hours now.
Except some tracking cookies it seems there is no malware installed on my pc.
Within a few hours I'll upload the temperature test.

*Edit : new temperature test uploaded! I'll now test my drive again with CHKDSK.

Prime95 passed and the results of the temperature readings were good also.
Continue on with the video tests.

Lot's more problems with the CHKDSK.
I suggest trying another hard drive to see if you still get errors.

If the new hard drive still gets errors, then it's most likely the motherboard
If the new hard drive doesn't get errors, then it's most likely the hard drive.

Edit that last post John, "hard drive" not "hard deive". I nitpick.

Also try Hdtune (hdtune.com) and run it for a few days. This is another way to check the hard drive, if you don't have another that you can use, or if you have trouble finding another hard drive.

I'm halfway the HD Tune hard drive test and everything seems positive. Is there a motherboard test I can run?

Fixed the "drive" thing - Thanks General!

Unfortunately there's no real accurate tests for motherboards.
Most of the available tests test a few key components, cost $400 to $800 (US), and aren't all that reliable.

We test them by ruling out all the other stuff around them - then it's a decision on your part (you can make the decision less painful by purchasing it from a dealer that will let you return it for your money back).
