i posted previously about bsod and i got excellent help. i was able to update my drivers and fix 99% of the problem. i am still having one issue. since 9-25-10 i have had 4 BSoD caused by ntokrnl.exe. its pretty random it seems they are happening either during the night hours or when im trying to use it remotely in the morning. i will attach all 4 of my dump files but im just really not sure what to do.

Solution
I see a few possible problems.
Start out by removing Daemon Tools, or whatever other CD virtualization or ISO program you are using. It uses a driver, SPTD.sys, that has been causing crashes since Vista.
Remove SPTD when you're done, with this tool: Link Removed due to 404 Error
Remove Gigabyte's Easy Saver program:
It too has been causing BSODs.
If the crashes persist, enable driver verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable - Windows 7 Forums
Post any new dumps you may get.

the only thing is when i went to check the see if you replyed and my computer had another bsod memory management i will edit this post with the dump file after it reboots
Memory Frequency (Mhz) = 1066
Change this to 800.
And set the 2.1V to 1.9V.
Save. This will have no overclocking with slightly raised voltage and really should be good.
If not, the memory is defective but I doubt that.
You can post the crash dump if you want but also post new CPU-Z screen shot of the memory tab too, after changes.

so after playing around i discovered....
System Memory Multiplier (SPD) when you have it on auto memory freq. = 1066
2.00d=667
2.66d=889
3.33d=1111
so im thinking it needs to be on the 2.66d maybe. maybe im way off.
im lost i changed it to the 3.33d so it says 1111MHz and then to the 2.66d with 889MHz but it still says the same thing in cpu-z 5.339MHz
idk i will keep looking into it tomorrow its getting way to late for me now.
