Windows 7 BSOD on starting up Windows 7

Hey, I recently started getting the BSOD, I have no idea why. I always get the error message: SYMEFA64.SYS. I get the BSOD everytime I start up my computer, to go on it, I have to wait for it to occur, turn off my computer via holding power button, than when it restarts click "restart in safe mode..." This is really bothering me as safe mode is really limited. The problem details are:

I do not read dump files, but from what I see it might be related to Norton. Check the thread below to see if anything looks familiar..
