First of all, thanks a bunch for the reply, secondly, please remember that I'm just a user, not sure where to update these drivers from, plus this problem is very recent as in 1 day old, hope that helps in any way, and thank you for taking the time to reply.

Also, I tried updating all my drivers from the device manager, it says that everything is up to date.

Device manager always says that. Update drivers from:

1. your notebook support
2. directly from manufacturers' sites such as Intel

I cant seem to find updates, or i just dont know how to look for them T__T I'm terribly sorry, *performs Harakiri*

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start and type in sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box.
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.

Ok, let's do it step by step.

Step #1. Run Intel® Driver Update Utility in IE, let the utility install and find the updates for your Intel AHCI Controller (known as Intel Matrix Storage). Download these updates and install them.

Report how it went. : )

Some of them are just too old for Windows 7:

Intel/ICP Raid iirsp Kernel 12/13/2005

Check if your notebook is Windows 7 ready.

im not sure what that means, but if u mean that my laptop comes with windows 7 installed, then yes it is.

dont know if this helps but, my laptop didnt come with a windows 7 CD

im really giving u a hard time guys, so every now and then ill try and say something funny......its my way of saying thanks?

so ya, thanks.......

and i tried the intel driver update utility, i already commented before on what it gave me.

Please don't feel uneasy about saying stuff, no problem at all. : )

The problem is your numerous outdated drivers incompatible with Windows 7:

Code:
[B]
Adaptec RAID Controller arc Kernel 5/25/2007
Atheros Extensible Wir Kernel 6/9/2009
Broadcom NetXtreme II Kernel 12/31/2008
Broadcom NetXtreme Gig Kernel 4/26/2009
Brother USB Printer Mass-Stora Kernel 8/7/2006
Bluetooth AVDT Service Kernel 6/25/2009
Emulex elxstor Kernel 2/4/2009
Huawei DataCard USB Mo Kernel 12/13/2008
Intel AHCI Controller Kernel 8/7/2009
Intel/ICP Raid iirsp Kernel 12/13/2005
USB2.0 PC Camera SNP2 Kernel 5/20/2009
Synaptics TouchPad Dri Kernel 8/17/2009
Anchorfree HSS Adapter Kernel 9/15/2009
Xbox 360 Wireless Rece Kernel 8/28/2007[/B]

If there are no updates, that means your note is incompatible with 7. What you could try is to visit support sites such as Intel and try manually installing drivers available for similar devices higher versions than yours. Download and extract to a folder, then update the driver from device manager.

Also visit your notebook support for downloads and assistance.

Just in case, let's see your RAM settings. Attach:

CPU-Z screenshots of tabs MEMORY and SPD of each slot.

guys sorry i took forever, just moved to the states so i was very busy, still having trouble with, tried all kinds of ways to update the drivers, i just cant seem to find out how, sorry, im just not so good with this stuff, i would so very very very much appreciate it if u guys can give me direct links to the drivers i need , because i dont understand a word of technical stuff when i really get into choosing drivers and such, so sorry again for the trouble and thank u a lot for ur patience.

ok so i was looking around found a program called DriverMax to list my crap, and that way makes things easier for me to find stuff manually and through the program.

ill have to attach the info again, because i was able to renew a few drivers

ok another problem SF diagnostic tool is getting errors when i try list driver and other things. what now?

whats the BSOD error: bad_pool_caller?

This indicates that the current thread is making a bad pool request. It might be helpful looking at the crash dumps (if you have them). Most likely the old outdated drivers are causing blue screens in your case:

Code:
Adaptec RAID Controller arc Kernel 5/25/2007
Atheros Extensible Wir Kernel 6/9/2009
Broadcom NetXtreme II Kernel 12/31/2008
