Hi,
I get occasional BSOD problems like the one below. I have tried most of the usual suggestions, but haven't determined what the problem is yet. Memory diagnostic was OK. BS doesn't seem to happen at any particular time or action. Thanks for your help!

Hi.

Your crash dump analysis went a little something like this:

1) I opened it and saw it was a 0x3b stop. Then I though to myself, "Hrrrm, I wonder which notorious antivirus he has installed?"
2) Listed your drivers and saw the "great" Norton/Symantec. (lol)

Conclusion: Uninstall Norton/Symantec with the special tool found here, in safe mode: AV Uninstallers - Windows 7 Forums
Boot to normal mode and install MSE as a replacement. Your pc will thank you.

To be nice, install the latest video card driver to replace this:

Code:
atikmpag atikmpag.sys Thu May 27 12:25:36 2010
Drivers & Support | GAME.AMD.COM

Update this Microsoft keyboard driver:

Code:
NuidFltr NuidFltr.sys Fri May 08 04:53:31 2009
And uninstall CloneDVD or similar software that installed this:

Code:
pcouffin pcouffin.sys Tue Dec 05 09:39:30 2006

You're welcome. Please let us know how it goes and/or post a new crash dump if it becomes necessary.
