Windows 7 BSOD using different web browsers

I've been getting the BSOD for the past 4-5 days whenever I'm on the internet. At first I was on firefox, then I tried ie and google chrome, and I got the BSOD using all of them. Please help!

This is the message I received upon restart:

Hi,

it seems the above network driver has been causing the bsod's. Going through the dmp files a number of issues became apparent.
You need to install service pack 1 either by windows update or standalone download. Here's a link:

Along with the above network driver you need to update all drivers and bios. This is your laptops manufacturers page and carries all updates for your machine. Please uninstall the old and then reinstall the new updates:

Once you've completed the above see how you go. If the machine blue screens again then please post the new dmp file.
