Every time windows tries to shut down, it fails to do so properly and give me a BSOD error once I start windows back up.

This is the error:

I'm running an HP Pavillion, Windows 7 Home Premium. If there is any other information that could lead to fixing this problem I will be happy to provide it.

If you have any problem with these please post back and we will attempt to advise you further. Make sure you pay particular attention to the instructions regarding compressing these file before uploading as well as taking ownership of the dump folder if you have problems accessing these files.

I added the .zip folder and screencap of CPU-Z, though I think there is a problem with my Minidump folder. It is empty.

The settings look right. However, I see only slot#2, how about the other slots?

If blue screens persist, replace McAfee with MSE:

I have updated the attachments to include the RAMMon screen caps. I did not include the other slots because #1 is empty, and #3 & #4 are the same as #2.

I'll try the uninstalls/driver updates that you suggested and reply with the results. The problem began long after installing McAfee.

The BSOD error stopped after I uninstalled Spyware Terminator and updated the drivers for Broadcom NetXtreme II and Realtek USB Mass Storage. I was unable to find the other drivers you suggested, and it would be great if you could post links to where exactly I could download them so I can have them up to date. If not, thank you very much anyways for helping me solve my problem.
