Hi,
this bugcheck is quite rare and is usually caused by either a faulty GPU or drivers specifically for AMD set ups. Your Bios is also out of date and I also notice that...

Hi,
this bugcheck is quite rare and is usually caused by either a faulty GPU or drivers specifically for AMD set ups. Your Bios is also out of date and I also notice that one of the bios updates is for better PCIE display card performance:
BiosVersion = V1.19
BiosReleaseDate = 03/07/2012

Looking at the CPU-Z shots it looks as if your overclocking? Please return to normal values until source of bsod is found.

Try un-installing gpu drivers using this app:

Re-install using latest driver version:

TerraTecPCI.sys Thu Nov 18 02:33:12 2010 : Terratec PCI HD card? Drivers really need updating. If bsod continues you might want to try removing this to test.

Which exact GPU do you have and also what is your PSU ( Brand and wattage)

Post any new dump files.

Solution
Hi kemical,

tried a BIOS update but unfortunately it broke the BIOS, so i need to fix this first :/

It broke the bios? How so?

Can't tell, i followed the update instructions but after the pc tried to restart the BIOS isn't loading anymore and the screen stays black while the pc is up for 3 secs and than shut off again. and that all the time.I think i took the wrong BIOS files causes afaik i have a P67A-GD65 (B3) and not the standard one.

Here's a web page for your motherboard. Try updating with this download:

This is the SOP (standard operating procedure)

Thank you for the help so far kemical. Apparently i bricked my BIOS so that it won't start properly. I guess it's time to RMA this to MSI. You can close this thread, because this will take some time.

Damn... I'm really sorry to hear that. That is a real crappy thing to happen and I can only hope the RMA process is a speedy one.
