Any ideas how to fix this are highly appreciated!!

Hi,
causes for a TDR can be many but in the first instance try this:

Uninstall your current driver using the DDU or Display Driver Uninstaller: Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) V18.0.2.1 Released. - Wagnardsoft Forum

To use the app correctly you'll need to boot into safe mode and then run the app.

As soon as you reboot into Windows install the latest AMD driver (download it before you remove the original):
https://www.amd.com/en/support
