Yeah, it's a bug in windows 10. Microsoft are trying their best for this fix. But if this problem continues, you may have to reinstall windows 10 with the original iso files given below:

• • Link Removed(Link Removed)
  • Link Removed (Alternative 1, Link Removed, Alternative 3)
  • Link Removed
  • Windows 10 RTM Build 10240 x64 ISO Torrent
  • Windows 10 RTM Build 10240 x86 ISO Torrent

I've been on chat with Microsoft (re Mail and People apps - they stopped working couple of days ago), and they instructed me to uninstall KB3084036 and then to hide it from being installed again.
While uninstalling an update is easy (Settings -> Update and Security -> Windows Update -> Advanced Options > View your update history > Uninstall Updates), it will only keep installing again. In order to prevent this, Microsoft has issued a troubleshooter package, which may hide updates from being installed. Hi

You may want to try this...

If anyone is having trouble with the store of apps not opening.

it fixed all the issues that I was having with apps.
