Windows 10 Cannot boot from USB or HDD

So I am trying to dual boot windows 10, but I cannot boot from any usb or hdd I install it on. I have used the media creation tool, on two computers, and 3 different usb's. But I get the error as follows:

Due to this I am unable to install any copy at all.
Please help it's starting to piss me off!

Please follow the tutorial below. Instead of Windows XP use the Windows 10 DVD/USB drive:
