Windows 7 can't restart my labtop, black screen shows "operating system not found"

after i tried to restore sony pcg-7185m, VGN-NW20EF to its original factory, i can't restart it, there is message shows on the black screen :"Operating System Not Found", what can i do now?

turn off pc/laptop....wait 30 seconds and turn back on. Then start tapping the F2 key. This should bring you into safe mode if not try same procedure trying different keys...F10, F11 or the delete key. One of these should get you into safe mode once there select start windows normally.

If you have a windows cd/dvd you can try booting from that and running repair. You may have to change boot order so that it will boot from the cd/dvd drive first.
