Whenever I click on an e-mail link on a web site I cannot send the e-mail thru outlook.

Solution
First of all do you have outlook installed ? Windows 7 comes without outlook built-in.

download.live.com (recommended)

Alternatively, you can use office outlook as part of MS Office suite.

Then :

1. Set outlook your default mail client for the browser you want to use outlook with, e.g. Link Removed - Invalid URL

2. Configure outlook for your e-mail account, very easy to do with the windows live outlook and a hotmail account

configure outlook for hotmail - Google Search

configure outlook for gmail - Google Search

configure outlook for yahoo mail - Google Search

Last, outlook will intercept links like account@email.com, links that have '@'.
