After a time in Hibernate mode, my computer "wake up" automatically.
Someone know what are causing this?
Microsoft said it would be outdated drivers.
But it is not.
My drivers are all installed and updated.

I've been in the "Device Manager" to see which devices could be making the computer to return to activity, but there was only "Power Management" to the network, the keyboard and the mouse. (are the ones that offer the option to do with which computer wake)
As I do not move Keyboard and Mouse when it happens. Only left the network, I can see to the light flashing on the computer background. when I disable, I realized that the light of the network has stopped blinking. I thought which worked but after some tests, returned to "wake up alone."
Thank U.

Windows 8.1 x64
Core i5 4690
RAM 8GB
Gtx 770 2GB
MotherBoard: Asus Z97M-PLUS

Solution
It is probably a USB device connected to the controller on one of the USB 3.0 ports.

I have seen mice which will move enough from vibration to wake a system. If not that, do you have anything else beside the keyboard connected to a USB port? You could try disconnecting any device to see if it helps.
it's too late
but if your problem is'nt resolved since now!
go to adapter settings > network connections
then right click on which one is Intel(R) Ethernet connection and go to properties
in Networking tab click on Configure
then go to Power Management tab
and turn of all Wake On options

Come on!

Your Motherboard - Asus X99 pro

Asus told me to change, on BIOS: Advanced > PCH Configuration > Intel® Rapid Start Technology > Entry on S3 RTC Wake of [Enabled] to [Disabled]. I've done that.

Your Windows is?

Microsoft told me to: Update all drivers and BIOS. I did it.

Enter in Device Manager, like the image below. (example)

Network Adapters - Intel.
Disable Power Management:
Wake on LAN:

  • Wake on Magic Packet.
  • Wake when Standard coincides.
  • Enable Magic Packet from power off state.
And thy this command:
powercfg -devicequery wake_armed

Show what appears.
