The 2005 version of ASACPI.sys (the Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility driver) is known to cause BSOD's on Windows systems. Please update to the 2009 version available at the Asus support website for your mobo. If unable to find it, please post back with the make/model of your mobo so we can research it.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

L1E62x64.sys Thu Jun 11 02:45:22 2009 (4A30A802)
Atheros AR8121/AR8113/AR8114 PCI-E Ethernet Controller (NDIS6.20)

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics. Let us know the results and we can move on from there.

I am having trouble uploading the compressed zip to the boards. I have just created a folder with all necessary files after running the W7F software and compressed the folder. It is only 1.49 MB and even with the 10MB Limit I keep getting a error icon when I try to upload the new folder. Is there something I am doing wrong?

This is the error I get.

[IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2038"]"

Although I uploaded the compressed folder online so you can download and view it. I added the link in my original post

Sorry, but I have no idea why the upload function isn't working. But I usually recommend uploading to a free file-hosting service - which you've already done.

Only 147 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 160 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Nothing much else shows up in the reports that you've attached. If fixing the things that I've mentioned doesn't help (both in my previous post and the Windows Updates from this post), then start with hard drive and memory diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics

I ran windows update and there are no more updates available after multiple attempts it say I am up to date.

Also I have some more information that might be helpful.

I ran a full scan of Malwarebytes and MSE and got no infections.

I ran Prime 95 for for a couple of hours.

I ran Memtest for two passes and it was fine

I ran chkdsk through windows and the full test ran upon reboot. The sector check/repair went through all 5 parts (1-5) and the test stated it was completed and the computer rebooted fine.

I used to use Chrome and I had the same issue. I started using Firefox for my default browser for about a month and the BSOD frequencies vary. I get the same problem with Internet Explorer.

My computer used to be overclocked two years ago at 3.2 ghz but I brought it back to stock because I feared heating issues and possible instability. I used to get BSOD as well but not as frequent and the code I got was different. (I forgot what the code was but it was not a 124).

It does not freeze always on the hour mark. Its an average from when my computer if off for a long period of time. Sometimes it happens in 10 minutes or every couple of hours. I thought it was heat but my temps are normal and all of my wires are fine. I even changed my HDD cables and still have the issue.

I update my video card drivers through Nvidia's website and run the installer provided.

The freezes have been occurring since 6 months ago. It stopped for awhile an resumed in more frequency since last week. I have had windows 7 installed since 2010

I recently download Wise Care 365 and ran a full run including cleaning up, repairing, and defragging the registry (made a restore point as well before the scan)

So far I have not had any more BSOD. I am hoping maybe the software fixed the issue. But I fear the problem will persist.
