Hello everone,

I have recently bought a new VAIO laptop and experienced daily restart twice or more. I have updated all drivers and run windows update with no benefit. Attached is the crash dump files who may help me. The model of this laptop is VPCEA16FA

Thanks

Uninstall in safe mode using the tool here:

Reboot and install MSE.

You'll also want to uninstall or update the Sony Firmware Extension Parser driver:

Hi, checking through your dumps, it seems that Kaspersky is your problem. Either update or re-install.

Thanks kemical for your reply. I have upgraded the kaspersky from 2010 to 2011 & still have the same problem. I have kaspersky with other laptops & Desktop with no problem. It seems that there is a confilict between one of the preinstalled software with the kaspersky. I have 200 MB crash dump in the kaspersky folder, I am not sure if kaspersky company can help me. I might use other anti virus programs.

regards

I have formated and reinstalled the laptop to its original factory software with Mcafee and "NO Kaspersky", I still have the same problem. Attached is the latest crash dump if someone can check it please.

Wow, there really was no need to do that. I already told you of the issues:

Now too -

Uninstall the ArcSoft software because it is too old:
