Windows 7 Enter Key as password

How would i set the enter key (or the escape key) as password in windows 7? I love this feature but since upgrading to windows 7 i am not able to use this feature.

Any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

If you want it simple, skip the whole password - like I have done. If you want a true password, create one.
