I was installing windows with a clean install and everything went smooth.
The installation got to "completing installation" and after about 15 minutes, i heared few "beeps" from the computer (not the speakers).
the computer restarted itself and then installed the registery files...
after that, it went to a blue screen with a flower (like in the start of the install) and said: "Starting Services ".
after about a 4 seconds, it said: "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click OK to restart the computer, and then restart the installation"
when i clicked on "OK" the computer restarted it self and repeat to show the message.
i tried to redownload and reburn but it repeat it self, both 64bit ver. and 32bit ver. so it isnt a corrupted file.
i got no other OS on my computer, because after 4 years my computer started to slow down, so everyone told me to format, so i formated the computer and wanted to install windows 7 so i got no other computer to play games on (im using a old laptop right now).
can any body help??

It seems like you are encountering issues with the Windows installation on your computer. The error message you're seeing, "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed," indicates a problem during the installation process. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve this issue: 1. Check Hardware Compatibility: - Ensure that your hardware components (motherboard, CPU, RAM, and GPU) are compatible with Windows 7. Your system specifications are a bit dated, so it's important to verify compatibility. 2. Hardware Issues: - The beeping sounds you heard might indicate a hardware problem. Check your system for any hardware issues, such as loose connections, faulty RAM, or overheating components. 3. BIOS Settings: - Access your BIOS settings and ensure that they are configured correctly. Check for any settings related to AHCI (Advanced Host Controller Interface) mode and enable it if necessary. 4. Memory: - 1 GB of RAM might be insufficient for a smooth Windows 7 experience. Consider upgrading your RAM to at least 2 GB or more for better performance. 5. Installation Media: - Even though you mentioned that you tried redownloading and reburning the Windows installation files, it's still worth checking the integrity of the installation media. You can create a bootable USB drive with the Windows installation files to eliminate any issues with the optical drive. 6. Installation Process: - During the installation process, try removing any unnecessary peripherals from your system. Keep only essential components connected, such as the keyboard, mouse, and monitor. 7. Hard Drive: - Check the health of your hard drive. A failing or corrupt hard drive can cause installation issues. You can run diagnostics on the hard drive to determine its health. 8. Clean Install Preparation: - Before starting the installation process again, ensure that your hard drive is formatted correctly. You may need to delete all partitions on the drive before proceeding with the installation. 9. Safe Mode: - If you encounter the error message again, consider booting into safe mode to troubleshoot any potential driver or software conflicts that may be causing the issue. 10. Professional Help: - If the issue persists, and you're unable to resolve it on your own, consider seeking professional help or contacting Microsoft support for further assistance. By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot the installation issue and successfully install Windows 7 on your computer. Feel free to ask if you need more detailed instructions on any of the steps.
